Why all the fuss about these words?

One way to become famous and powerful is to unite people against a common enemy. So what is the popular enemy right now? The words 'Happy Holidays" Some people think it should be 'Happy Christmas' (Happy Christmas" doesn't trip off the tongue nearly as easily as 'Merry Christmas so we all say 'Merry Christmas' and no one worries about what kind of merry) Is Christ going to get forgotten because the world doesn't say 'Christ-mass'? Is God who overcame death likely to be defeated by the word 'holidays'? There are many other ways to tell the story. Let us love one another and love the people who don't love us. Then God, who entered our world as a baby, will find new ways to enter every heart.
